Moses Onofeghara, popularly known as MOZ (Man of Zion) is a song writer, a singer and a music producer who uses music as a tool of positive influence. He does gospel music with a unique eclectic style; a combination of rock, reggae and highlife. MOZ started singing at an early age with his siblings as a group known then as “The Redeemed Family Voices”. He learned music from his older siblings and later went on to join and form various music groups. But he never considered music as a major ministry until God opened his eyes to see that he had been specially called into it.

MOZ is particularly known for writing great spirit-lifting songs. Inspired by God, he has written and released many praise and worship songs that have remained on the lips of people all over the world. Some of these songs include: You Are Good, Ibu Chukwu, Obi, Agidigba Baba, More Than Enough, We Lift You Up, Most High God, Agbanilagbatan O and many more. His singles are on iTunes and other online stores. He writes songs for other artists as well.

He is divinely gifted in music production. His beats are inspiring and engaging. He produces his songs himself and has also produced for several artists.

Born on the 8th of July 1985 into a Christian family of eleven children with a father who was a professor and a pastor, Moses grew up in the fear and knowledge of the Lord. But he came to the true light of Jesus Christ when he had an encounter with God in 2005.

He currently serves as Choir Leader and Praise and Worship Leader at RCCG Joshua Ville, City of David; The conveners of the Night of Worship which is now one of the biggest worship events.

Though, a graduate of Political Science from the University of Lagos who has acquired some working experience with his degree, he has chosen to focus on his music ministry, where his true passion and calling is. MOZ has traveled far and wide and ministered in songs on many platforms and shared the same stage with other great worship ministers like William McDowell, Tye Tribbet, Tasha Cobbs, Sonnie Badu, Nathaniel Bassey, Frank Edwards and so many others, all to the glory of God.
